01 The brief
A carefully planned roofing project built around the property, location and brief.
Challenge
The commercial roof had reached the point where patch repairs would not protect the building. Repeated leaks risked water tracking into insulation, structure and electrics, so delaying the replacement would only increase disruption and cost.
Solution
Up Top Roofing stripped the failed covering back, re-sheeted the roof from eaves to ridge in red profiled steel, installed box gutters around the full perimeter, sealed the vent penetrations and finished the roofline with a clean continuous ridge cap. The detail mattered: fixings, laps and gutter falls all had to move water away from the building instead of shifting the problem elsewhere.
