A carefully planned roofing project built around the property, location and brief.
Challenge
The property sat in a busy high-street setting, so the roof replacement needed safe access, careful material handling and tight coordination between the roofing and scaffolding teams.
Solution
Up Top Roofing and Up Top Scaffolding worked together to provide a complete access and re-roofing package. Once the scaffold was in place, the existing roof was stripped, new breathable membrane and treated battens were installed, and the roof was finished with premium Spanish Mocha natural slates.
